சித்திரைத் திருவிழா is on April 21 2018 (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM) at:

Vanakkam

Lakota East Freshman
7630 Bethany Rd
Liberty Township, OH 45044.

We are in the process of migrating our members from spreadsheet to online. By this time your family’s primary contact should have received an email from cincytamilsangam.org to renew membership(if your membership had expired) & buy tickets from your “நம்ம தமிழ் சங்கம்” members-only landing page.

Members whose memberships are active would have received an email to buy tickets from your “நம்ம தமிழ் சங்கம்” members-only landing page.

If none of your family members received an email, it could be either we have a wrong contact email address as part of your membership information or the email went to your spam folder. You can still register online by following these simple steps :

  1. Go to www.cincytamilsangam.org , click the members dropdown and select “Register” link.
  2. Register online by providing basic information & paying online.

If you pay at the front desk on the event day, there is an extra $5.00 fee for membership and ticket. So please renew membership and buy tickets online to save money & time.

Frequently asked Questions:

1. What should I expect on the Event day?
On the event day, volunteers will be scanning the QR codes in the front-desk for verification. (There should be a “Membership Card” button link in your “நம்ம தமிழ் சங்கம்” members-only landing page. If you click that button, it should show the QR codes for membership and tickets bought.). If you were unable to register/buy tickets in advance due to technical difficulties, volunteers will help register and buy tickets.

2. What should I do if me and my spouse come to the event on different times?
You can add your spouse name and more information to “Notes” in your “My Profile” page. You can screen-print or take a print out of the QR codes to show to the volunteers in the front-desk or share your login credentials with your spouse and show the “Membership Card” link for scanning. Volunteers can verify using your “My Profile” page.

3. I recently paid the membership fees. I think my membership shouldn’t have expired. What should I do?
We tried our best to maintain the records accurately. But it is possible that we might have missed it. Please talk to the GCTS executive members or email us gctsinfo@gmail.com with the following details:
Name, phone number, email used in the past, last event attended(Deepavali 2017, Pongal 2017, etc).

4. Can me and my spouse have different login account?
Each family will have one login account. You can add your spouse name and more information to “Notes” in your “My Profile” page. If this is not convincing, please talk to the GCTS executive members or email us contact@cincytamilsangam.org with more details.
